Fueling BioTech Breakthroughs: AngelCentral supports RyboDyn’s Next-Gen Immunotherapies

We are thrilled to announce our first successful BioTech syndicate by our members to invest in RyboDyn Inc., a biotechnology company pioneering the development of first-in-class immunotherapies targeting the dark genome. This investment supports RyboDyn Inc’s Seed round which was backed by Genedant, SeaX Ventures, SOSV, and Swell VC, Massive Tech Ventures and P2V. The funding will empower RyboDyn Inc to accelerate platform execution, expand its proprietary dataset, and progress lead pipeline candidates into IND-enabling studies.

Conventional drugs rely on established protein targets like HER2 or EGFR, which many patients lack. RyboDyn decodes the Dark Transcriptome to unlock an unexploited landscape of disease-specific proteins hidden within the 98% of the human genome historically dismissed as non-coding 'junk' DNA, which are sections of DNA do not contain direct recipes for those traditional, standard proteins.

This investment reflects strong conviction among top-tier biotech investors in startups leveraging artificial intelligence to unlock new frontiers in human biology. Through its proprietary platform, RyboDyn is opening up vital new therapeutic pathways for patients facing hard-to-treat cancers and limited treatment options, bringing much-needed hope to them.
